Classes

 

Zumba:  fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.  The goal is simple:  Work out, love working out, and to get hooked.  Zumba Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

 

Latin Impact:  same basic concept as Zumba but instead, breaks down the different styles of dance and provides you with the basic instruction on proper body movement and alignment.  You will great a great workout.  This class is recommended for students who feel they need more one on one instruction.

 

Turbo-Kick:  incorporates group exercise and martial arts without contact. Each class consists of 11 rounds.  (Warm-Up, Punches, Kicks, Punches & Kicks, Turbo, Recovery, Finesse, Finale, Legs, Abs, and cool down).  It is a very intense cardio class.  Anyone can learn the steps.  Each round will last 8 weeks, in order to facilitate proper technique.  You will leave this class feeling energized and trust me when I say you will be excited to learn every new round.

 

Hip-Hop Hustle:  is a comboination of easy to learn hip-hop dance moves perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music.  It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge!  Hip-Hop Hustle requires no previous dance experience. 

 

PiYo:  is an athletic blend of Pliates, Yoga and so much more.  It includes modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge to all levels of participants. 

 

Urban Striptease:  take it off….  The weight we mean.  This class takes some of the basic moves of the strip tease and combines them with aerobic elements to create a fun, energizing and sexy workout.

 

Pilates/Strip: incorporates principals of Pilates and Strip aerobics to give you the ultimate core workout.

 

Latin Cardio Kids:  uses concept of latin dance but incoporates songs that kids can relate to.  Class recommended for children over the age of four.

 

Regular Kids Class:  uses dance and tumbling infused into a workout to encourage cardiovascular health.
